Wherever they speak. Wherever you work.
From noise to decisions
Four steps — Sightelle does three of them.
Connect your sources
CSV upload, Zendesk, ClickUp, Jira, Sightelle surveys, or your own system via API.
Messages become themes
Every comment is automatically classified into themes that make sense for your business.
See what matters
Trends, real quotes, customer value — with filters on every dimension.
Act with confidence
An audit document, a weekly report, and alerts when something changes.
Open a survey the way a customer would
This is not a screenshot: it is a real public survey page, built with the Sightelle designer. It opens with no account — exactly as your own customer would open it from a QR code or a link you sent them.
No sign-up
No cookie, no login — just the question.
Your branding
Our customer’s logo, colour and intro text, not ours.
Two languages
The same link serves everyone in their own language.
Open the demo survey → · opens in a new tab, in the app
I have been waiting three days for a reply — if this keeps up I will look elsewhere.
After the decision — proof
One click sends the theme to ClickUp as a task. When it closes, Sightelle measures whether the complaints actually dropped — and if they return, the theme reopens by itself.
Theme → task
With the details and quotes whoever works on it will need.
Close → measure
A 14-day before/after comparison: «did they drop?» in numbers, not gut feel.
Return → reappearance
If the signals come back, the theme wakes up — nothing slips into oblivion.
Everything the team needs
From the first upload to the weekly report — no manual work in between. See the features in detail →
Themes and trends
Automatic grouping with time series, spikes and "what moved" per period.
Surveys
A designer with branching and NPS/CSAT, a public page with QR.
Audit document
A self-contained document with the findings of your first upload — built to be forwarded to whoever decides. See a sample →
Alerts
Criteria you define, by email, Slack and Teams.
Your own axes
Up to five dimensions of your own, as filters everywhere.
Two languages
Greek and English across the interface, emails and exports.
See it on your own data
Upload a file, see your themes, get the document.
