A customer’s comments live in tickets, reviews, surveys and emails, and nobody has time to read them all. We built Sightelle so any team can see in a few minutes what its customers say, how often, and what it costs, in the customers’ own words.
Six rules the product itself follows
Words stay as they were said
Anything in quotation marks was said by a customer. The AI picks a quote, it never rewrites it.
We say what the AI did
When a summary comes from rules rather than the model, the screen and the email say so.
We train no models
Your data trains no model, and emails, phone numbers and tax ids are removed before any AI processing.
Official integrations only
Data from other services arrives with your permission or from a file you upload yourself. Never by scraping.
The same invitation for everyone
The invitation to leave a public review goes to every respondent, whatever score they gave. Not only to the happy ones.
We say what we don’t have
We do not have ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification yet, and we say so on the Security page.
