Three things every e-shop says

A cardboard parcel next to a white door
An e-shop complaint usually starts with the parcel.

“Our ratings are dropping. Is it the product or the courier?”

A one-star review on Skroutz reads like a verdict on the product. Often it is the parcel, or last month’s change of courier.

“We read them one by one.”

A thousand reviews and two hundred emails a month cannot be read as a whole. The pattern only shows when they are counted together.

“We want more Google reviews.”

The invitation has to reach everyone, not only the happy customers. Otherwise it breaks Google’s terms.

Product or delivery?

The product category from your file, and courier, store or pick-up method as your own dimensions. A “bad product” turns out, in one click, to be one courier in two regions.

Where you lag behind competitors

A competitor’s public reviews, measured against your own themes. Flagged only where the difference can’t be explained by chance.

What changed, and since when

A courier change or a campaign goes on the timeline. You see complaints before and after, and which theme rose.

Where it hurts, in your own categories

The columns of your file (category, courier, store) become filters. Tap a courier and see its themes, its tone and what people say. Demo data.

Stars next to the words

Every review keeps its stars and its platform. Five stars with a complaint is information too.

An alert before all of Google sees it

“Negative mentions of packaging passed 20 this week”, by email, Slack or Teams.

The theme becomes work

A task in ClickUp, Jira or Linear, and once it closes you measure whether complaints went down.

A survey after delivery, and a review invitation for everyone

The link leaves from your own system, by email or SMS, and carries the order number. For anything without an email, a QR code on the store receipt.

  1. The order is deliveredYour e-shop sends the link, with the order number.
  2. The customer answers2 stars · “The box arrived torn.”
  3. Thank you, and an invitationGoogle or Skroutz, the same for everyone, whatever score they gave. You count the clicks.
  4. The answer comes back to youAutomatically into your system, tied to the order. A low score becomes a case with an owner.
Why the invitation goes to everyone. Inviting only those who gave a high score (review gating) is banned by Google and by the EU Omnibus Directive, and the store carries the risk. Sightelle doesn’t even allow it.
