Three things every HR lead asks
“Will they answer honestly?”
Only if they are sure nobody will see who wrote what, not even in a team of three.
“We have a hundred comments and nobody read them.”
The open comments of the pulse sit in a spreadsheet, and the next meeting happens without them.
“eNPS dropped. Where, and why?”
One number for the whole company does not say which team is struggling, or with what.
Anonymity is built into the data, not just promised
What the page tells the employee, the database keeps: an answer to an anonymous survey is not tied to a person, and small groups are never shown.

Groups below the anonymity threshold fold into one row. The total stays whole.
- Anonymous survey: the answer is not tied to any person, not even in the database. A personal link only knows it was answered, and the day.
- Anonymity threshold: groups with fewer people than the threshold never appear in a chart. We switch it on for your workspace as soon as you ask.
- Email only if they want: anyone who wants to talk leaves an email in a separate table, not linked to their answers.
For every moment of an employee’s journey
Start from a template and change it freely. Each round in its own folder, and a copy keeps the look and translations for the next one.
Which theme rose since the last round
Open comments become themes in people’s own words, and every round is compared with the previous one, question by question. The examples are demo data.
What you upload stays yours. From the first row to deletion.

- Stays in the EUDatabase and files in Helsinki. We don’t train any model on your data.

One template, one link for the team, and the themes as soon as the answers arrive.
